After spending collectively half a lifetime separately building homes and developing commercial real estate, partners Randy and Daniel decided to join efforts to build homes for folks looking for their first home or for an upgrade of their existing accommodation.

We are passionate about building and serving people. Between the partners, we have been responsible for managing the full construction of hundreds of homes and developing 950,000 sq.ft. of buildings in retail shopping centres, office campuses and industrial parks.

General Manager

Randy Loranger

Randy is a construction management and operations professional and has previously served as Construction Manager with production builder Summerhill Homes, and as Plant Manager for a modular residential construction company ACQBuilt. More recently he served as Project Manager for Alair Homes in Huntsville, ON building custom homes. He has been responsible for the construction of >1,000 homes.

President

Daniel Eggert

Daniel is a real estate development professional and served previously as Vice President at one of western Canada's largest publicly traded real estate development companies (TSE:MRD) and as Vice President Real Estate for Lum'ais Wellness. He has been responsible for ~1 million square feet of retail, office and industrial development totaling ~$500MM CAD and has assembled a portfolio of 30 commercial and hospitality properties across 20 U.S. states totaling ~$250MM USD.
